   But I had a health scare and was just in the hospital for 2 days. So I went on the Southwest app to cancel my flight but never received credit. Southwest told me to contact Expedia, who I booked the flight through. I called Expedia and they told me they cannot give me credit for the flight, even though I should have gotten it through Southwest.
