19 Φεβ 2017 · Office 365: Outlook — limit sync to 30 days. I have just installed MS Outlook for Mac and am trying to prevent it from downloading my entire inbox with emails dating back to 2008. I want the emails to be listed in my Outlook inbox but not actually downloaded until I view them.
If you have a new password, if your email provider has asked you to change settings, or if you're having problems with sending and receiving email, you can change your email account settings through Mail in the Windows Control Panel, or from Outlook.
2 Απρ 2020 · Sign in to Office 365 with the tenant admin account. Go to Admin > Settings (click show all settings first) > Domains. Select your domain and note the MX record. Use the address, like <your-domain-com>.mail.protection.outlook.com, as the SMTP Server address.

20 Σεπ 2023 · Manage email settings. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Go to Users > Active users and select the user for whom you would like to manage email settings. In the new pane, select Mail to manage email settings.
