Open Enrollment begins October 2, 2023, and has been extended to October 31, 2023. Open Enrollment is the time of the year all employees have the opportunity to make health plan changes without a qualifying event. The deadline to make Open Enrollment changes is October 31, 2023, at midnight.
You may enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (Dependent Care Reimbursement Account and/or Medical Reimbursement Account) here. Click “Enroll” and follow the on screen instructions. Links to the contracts and claim forms are also provided in this section. If you do not wish to enroll in the FSA, click “OK, Continue to Final Review”.

Open Enrollment is Monday, October 2, 2023, through Friday, October 27, 2023. If you are completing the online Open Enrollment form, you must complete it by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 27, 2023. If mailing in the paper Open Enrollment form included in this packet, it must be postmarked by October 27, 2023.
