2 Μαΐ 2022 · I've been using a Mars 3 trouble free but have hit a problem today. When I try to print ctb or cbddlb files I get an Unknown File Format message. Older files, saved in the same way, are still okay. Any ideas? Try this: 1. Use a short name for a .ctb file 2. Sometimes helps reload slicer, open file and save .ctb again, under different name.

I just purchased a new Mars 2 Pro and no matter what type of file I slice *.stl, .ctb, etc. I get an "unknown file format" error message. My printer is currently running firmware V4.5. I tried a bunch of different slicers (Cura, Chitubox, Lychee) and it doesn't seem to make a difference.
