7 Αυγ 2021 · ASAP is probably technically in the right (though yes, morally shaky) to claim that you purchased a non-refundable ticket, so you are not entitled to a refund (you would need to review their T&C's to determine what you are entitled to).
ASAP tickets is a scam. 5 years ago. ASAP ticket and his agents are pulling fast ones on people. I called an agent named Lemar to get ticket to travel with my three kids, 2 of them where less than 2years of age and the other one was 4years old. Lamar gave me a quote and I paid.

My flight was canelled by the airline in Juny 2021 and ASAP tickets has been avoiding my refund ever since. I have been transferred to new agents and hung up on. They screen my calls and do not pick up for my phone number anymore.
