Refundable flights with Air Canada are bookings that allow you to cancel your flight and receive a refund either back to your credit or debit card (or the payment method you chose at checkout when you first booked the flight).
Air Canada will refund your ticket, but Air Canada is entitled to retain an amount of money corresponding to 10% of the value received as a fee, excluding rates, taxes, and administrative fees. Only you as the passenger may exercise this right.
