19 Φεβ 2017 · 19-02-2017 11:55 AM. Our TV (UE40J6300) has lost it's wireless connection to our home network. When trying to reconnect it I'm getting the following message: "Invalid MAC Address, call Samsung support". Have tried the TV reset function but no luck.
8 Ιουλ 2024 · I get an error message saying that the version is not compatible with my smartphone. 🤷🏻♂️ But the most important thing is that it runs again on my Smart TV with Android TV 11.

20 Απρ 2024 · Upon trying to reconnect to WiFI through the settings, I received the error "Invalid MAC Address." Since then I've tried several methods of troubleshooting I've found on Samsung forums; turning the TV and router off/on, resetting network settings, and factory resetting.
