ODJFS Online. Online Features for Unemployed Workers. Register. To access our system online, you must first register to obtain a User name and PIN. Once you are registered, you will be able to access all of our online features.
To apply online, go to unemployment.ohio.gov and follow the steps listed below. If you don’t have access to a computer, you can apply by calling 1-877-644-6562. Call center hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Note that it is not possible to apply for unemployment benefits in person.
