I just booked a trip with Expedia this afternoon to Cancun for May to Crown Paradise Club. Their price was the best I've seen and I was able to split the cost in two payments... one in the next few days and the other April 11.
Unhelpful and inflexible. Their website is misleading with their information on cancelation policies. Their customer support is unhelpful and take up to 30 minutes to respond. If you want a stress free trip - Do not ever book through Expedia, book direct with the hotel or airline.

We booked Hotel + flight through Expedia. Our departure from Toronto to Cancun was scheduled on February 11, 2024 at 8:50 am but with over 5 hours delay, it was changed to 02:00 pm. As a result, we actually lost one day stay at Cancun.
