22 Απρ 2024 · Extremely bad experience twice now booking through Trivago leading to Hotels.com - both times taking double the payment out of my account and only refunding half the amount, taking up to two weeks to return with less than half of the refund amount. Extremely hard to contact Trivago and Expedia.
