19 Δεκ 2022 · Before, Frontier flyers could call a traditional customer service line to get help with issues such as reservations, cancellations or lost bags. Now, flyers needing assistance must either use a 24-hour live chat available on the airline's website, reach out on social media channels, send an email or file a written complaint, per the airline.
Has anyone been able to work out an issue with Frontier via their chat feature? I booked a flight and a few days later was notified that the first flight has been disrupted and delayed one hour. I was given the option to accept the change or cancel the flight.
