Continuing Education Eligible Course Topics. Certified continuing education providers must make sure each course offered for credit contains one or more eligible course topics.
Offer Continuing Education. To offer continuing education that meets the license renewal requirements and license reactivation requirements, a course provider must be a Certified Continuing Education Provider.
Complete Oregon Continuing Education Coursework Online. Every 2 years, the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) requires 30 hours of real estate continuing education (CE) with an approved provider (like us!). Our Oregon CE courses are completed online – no need to commute and sit in a classroom.
Continuing Education is required for all REALTORS® – as an Oregon-based REALTOR®, you must follow both the State Agency license renewal requirements and the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics requirements. But rest assured! Oregon REALTORS® has you covered.
Principal Brokers renewing active for the first time must complete the 27-hour Principal Broker Advanced Practices (PBAP)* course and the 3-hour LARRC course. *Please contact the Oregon Real Estate Agency for more information regarding the PMAP and PBAP courses.
