To renew an active license, you must complete the required continuing education and maintain your continuing education records. You will report your continuing education to the Agency by logging into your eLicense account and entering information on each course you completed.
Offer Continuing Education. To offer continuing education that meets the license renewal requirements and license reactivation requirements, a course provider must be a Certified Continuing Education Provider.
Where can I get CE hours? You have a quite a few options: Check the Oregon REALTORS® calendar for any courses being offered online or in your area. View previously recorded webinars for CE in the Webinar Library; See if your Local Association/Board is offering anything. Check The CE Shop for online education.
Property managers must take the 27-hour Property Manager Advanced Practices (PMAP) course and the 3-hour LARRC. Only classes you take within the 2 years before renewal or reactivation will count toward your continuing education hours for renewal or reactivation of your active license.
Take the following from Certified Continuing Education Providers before renewal date: 3-hour Law and Rule Required Course. 27-hour Broker Advanced Practices . Enter continuing education course information into eLicense. You can do this before or during renewal. Renew your license in eLicense.
