  2. A completed Schedule Change form can be submitted in person on campus or emailed from your My LoneStar e-mail account. It is recommended that you speak with the Financial Aid or Veteran’s Affairs office if applicable before submitting your form.

  3. Step 1: Click the link to Schedule Change Form, which can be found in AccessPlus --> Student Tab --> Registrar Forms. Step 2: Enter your ISU email address via the Microsoft login. Once you hit enter, you will be prompted to OKTA into the form. Step 3: Fill out the requested demographic information.

  4. Prepare a digital Schedule Change form, found in AccessPlus, under the Student tab, within ‘Registrar Forms’ located on the left column. Enter the Full Iowa State email address of the instructor (or department contact) for the course.

  5. Schedule Change Form. Complete and email forms directly to Connie Foster (Connie.Foster@lonestar.edu), or print out and bring to CASA 114. Print student’s first and last name. Print number in parenthesis in your class roster (four or five digit number)

  6. 24 Φεβ 2022 · New versions of the student-initiated and administrator-initiated schedule change forms are set to go live Monday, Feb. 28. They'll continue to be housed in Registrar Forms in AccessPlus. Any DocuSign schedule change forms in transit on Feb. 28 will be processed.

  7. 1 Ιουν 2022 · If there are no holds on account – the student can drop in MyLoneStar. If there are holds on account – go to Schedule Change Form For Dropping Online Courses. Read the instructions carefully. Download and complete the form. Email it using your my.lonestar email account to: OnlineAdvisor@lonestar.edu.
