Passenger Locator Forms (PLFs) are used by public health authorities to facilitate contact tracing in case travellers are exposed to an infectious disease during their travel by airplane or aircraft, ship (cruise/ferry), rail, bus or automobile.
Persons travelling to Italy from any of these Countries will need to inform the Prevention Department of their local health authority that they have entered Italy, compile the digital passenger locator form, present a negative (molecular or antigen) swab test taken within the last 72 hours before entering Italy

18 Μαΐ 2021 · From May 24, all travellers entering Italy must complete before their departure the Passenger Location Form via EUdPLF App. The digital Passenger Location Form is compulsory for all travellers above the age of 18. Click here for specific instructions on how to apply for the EUdPLF.
