People said that they were a good starting point for power tools because they were less expensive than other companies while also being more natural to maneuver, mostly because they were battery-powered.
9 Μαΐ 2021 · Ryobi customer service operations is the worst I've experienced from any company. I really do like Ryobi products but the hassle and wait time to get in contact with a customer service representative and to receive an email back for my status is absolutely ridiculous.
I purchased the 18V EZ clean power cleaner last August. Finally used it several months ago. Big mistake. The quick connector broke on my first job. I have called customer service several times. I have held the phone for thirty minutes or more to no avail. Their customer service is down right sad. These people do not care about their customers.

Good customer service. Replacement one lasted for another 6 - 8 months being used for max of 10 hours in total until clutch started smoking. Bunnings replaced it under warranty.. 3rd one barely done 3 hours work in total and kept cutting out after 10 minutes.
