If you did not missed your exam yet, the option to reschedule it is available in your Microsoft Certification Dashboard by signing in using your Microsoft account and password under Appointments. To do this, please follow the steps below:
If you need to reschedule back-to-back exams, you must cancel both exams and schedule them in a new order. See Cancel an Exam Registration for details on cancelling an exam. Locate the desired candidate list and click the View button.
