14 Μαΐ 2023 · Even wenn I keep the original departure and destination the error occurs. Contacted already TK and ticket is still open. Called the hotline, they got the same problem to change the destinations/departures.

If I try the mobile app, I'm seeing the error: There has been a schedule change on your flight. Please contact our sales office or call center to confirm or to request a change and refund.
14 Ιουλ 2019 · If you are unable to contact the local Turkish Airlines office, you can try calling the one in a different country - either Turkey (which is available 24x7) or somewhere like the US (+1 800 8748875, also 24x7, and available for free via services like Skype)
