16 Μαΐ 2024 · I booked tickets in Turkish Airlines, and they changed one letter in my surname when the ticket was already paid. In my Passport is shown is (IA), and in ticket I have (YA).
I went to the TA website to view my booking, and it says “ changes to your flight have been made due to various issues” and it is giving me 2 options (cancel or change). I spoke to a TA agent via phone and he told me that I need to contact the agent I booked with to confirm the change in schedule.
14 Ιουλ 2019 · In general if you're getting an error like this the only option will be to contact Turkish airlines directly, or if your tickets were purchased via a travel agent (including an online travel agency) then contact the travel agency to see if they can help.
Please find below the Turkish Airlines’ Schedule Change Policy. All passengers must be informed of the schedule change. All reservations and tickets must be updated with the valid connections / new flights.
Online check-in is something that can be completed between 24 hours to 90 minutes before your flight using the Turkish Airlines website or mobile application. You can easily check-in online by entering your reservation code (PNR) and surname in the relevant field.
