The public information viewed on our online case search system reflects the docket entries in civil, criminal, criminal domestic violence and tax cases, probate cases for large estates and small estates, disclaimers of interest, major litigation, wills, and foreign estate proceedings.
The online case search system (eAccess) provides docket information for most cases as well as document images in some cases. Docket information and document images are available within minutes of being input or scanned into the court record.
This site provides information on how to access Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan public court case records through Odyssey Public Access (OPA). Documents filed by parties are not currently accessible online.
The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system, also known as ECF, allows registered users to open new civil cases, and file civil, criminal, and miscellaneous pleadings (including some sealed documents) electronically right from their office.
30 Ιαν 2023 · The District of Columbia Courts announced Friday that documents such as affidavits, court orders, and notices are now available in Odyssey Portal, the D.C. Superior Court’s new online case search system for auditor master, civil, tax (civil), and probate cases.
