Question. My wife and I are traveling with Spirit Airlines for the first time. I usually travel with Southwest because of its flexibility and the lack of extra fees. We didn't book any extra luggage; we decided to take advantage of the free carry-on option. We have about three pairs of clothes each.
Spirit Air Review. I felt the need to post this because of everything I read previously about Spirit. My wife and I took a vacation to Cancun from 4/2 to 4/9. We were flying from Newark, and decided to fly Spirit because the prices to fly other airlines was literally a matter of thousands of dollars otherwise.
Spirit is fine and the big seat (i think that's what it's called) is about the same as business class on most 737's. If you're trying so save money, compare all the costs. If you're trying to compare comfort then compare planes.

20 Δεκ 2022 · Bottom line. Spirit Airlines is my favorite ultra low cost carrier, thanks to the Big Front Seat, high speed Wi-Fi, and great elite status program. There’s no denying that aspects of flying with Spirit aren’t great, though hopefully the above tips make it a bit better for any first timers.
