Effective November 12, 2021, the Department of Financial Services amended Part 20 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations (Regulations 9, 18 and 29), mandating the completion of certain courses to renew the insurance license.
Entity/Sublicensee Renewal/Relicensing - The username is the numeric portion of the New York insurance license. The password is the last 4 digits of the SSN and 8-digit date of birth in MMDDYYYY format, of a sublicensee/designated responsible person.
