Does anyone have an actual email address for the customer service at American Airlines? I have a letter (mostly positive) I want to send.
The AA people at the airport kept telling me I must go to https://www.aa.com/contact/forms?topic=CR#/ to get to customer relations. Also good to know that customer relations agent was BSing me and that there's a number to call.
So last week I emailed customer relations about the poor customer service experience I had to get my issue resolved. The first email went out last Monday, no response. I called the customer service hotline, spoke to a new customer service rep who was far more helpful and polite.
