American Airlines, facing lawsuits after a flight attendant allegedly filmed girls using plane bathrooms, is blaming a 9-year-old girl for being secretly recorded. The airline in a new court filing is arguing that the young girl should have known that the airplane toilet contained a recording device.
23 Μαΐ 2024 · Authorities say Thompson, 37, tried to secretly record video of a 14-year-old girl using the bathroom on a flight from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Boston, and had recordings of four girls including the 9-year-old using lavatories on earlier flights.
In addition to blaming the nine-year-old victim, American Airlines also made clear that Mr Thompson’s alleged recording of children while they used the bathroom was “outside the course and scope of his employment”.
When federal authorities got involved, they allegedly found videos on Thompson’s phone of four other girls -- ages 7, 9, 11 and 14 -- as well as dozens of photos of a 9-year-old unaccompanied minor.”
She was making videos telling people how to get away with sex on airplanes, talking about pilot and flight attendant orgies, and doing so while wearing her company logo. She should have been fired immediately after posting her first raunchy video.
