Hilton offers a Price Match Guarantee, so if you find a lower price for your stay on another booking site, Hilton will honor that price and even throw in an extra 25% off your stay. However, it takes time to search the web to find the lowest hotel prices.
If you find a lower Rate for the same Room, let us know by submitting a claim form. If the lower Rate qualifies, we'll match the lower Rate and give you an additional 25% discount on the Room (20% for Design Hotels branded properties) or 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy® Points.
16 Μαρ 2022 · File Claim: Within 24 hours of booking your reservation on an IHG direct channel, and at least 24 hours before the standard check-in time for the hotel where you booked your reservation, complete and submit the online Claim Form. Only one claim will be processed per hotel room reservation confirmation number. Valid Claims.
