You can submit a Price Match Guarantee Claim online or over the phone. One claim may be submitted for each reservation, and the name on the claim must match the name on the reservation. Online. Complete this form no more than 24 hours after booking.
A few things to bear in mind with the Price Match Guarantee: Identical means identical. Any difference in room type, cancellation policy, payment terms, etc. will result in a rejected claim - even if the third party offer is in some way more generous than Hilton’s.
28 Σεπ 2018 · If you find a lower qualified price for the same accommodation and terms at any point before your reservation is made, or up to 24 hours after making your reservation through one of the official Hilton booking channels, you can submit your claim by filling out the online form or calling our Hilton Reservations & Customer Care center directly.
20 Ιαν 2022 · Price Match Guarantee (PMG) is Hilton’s guarantee to members that they are always paying the lowest price possible when booking through official channels like hilton.com or directly with the hotel. If members find a lower rate elsewhere (e.g. Agoda, Expedia), they can submit a PMG claim to receive 25% off their reservation.
