Actual Rating: 4.5 Stars. First Read: 23 December 2016 Second Read: 19 February 2021: A re-read of a book by a very talented indie Aussie writer. Ms Davey's love of history and of the Australian landscape and people comes through so loudly on every page.
5/5: I loved it. I became so attached to Lily and Luke that I was dreading the story coming to an end. It completely hooks you in and compels you to keep reading. I've passed it on to all of my friends. Highly recommended!
