The customer purchased a fare that did not price correctly online and was notified of this fact when we tried to issue his airline tickets. No purchase had occurred at the time of this notification and BTS had not charged any amount to customer's credit card.
I have booked tickets to Nigeria with them twice and had no issues. I was able to get the date I wanted at a lower rate than united airlines offered. The airline wanted 1400 for the trip because it was 6 days to departure but bt store had it for 1000. Booked, confirmed and I travelled.
ALL the purchases through bt-store were TERRIFIC! Coincidentally, all the flights were aboard Northwest Airlines . The price from bt-store was 1/2 of the price shown at more popular discount travel websites.
