Best Travel Store (BTS) fully met its obligation to the customer, going an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. After the disagreement, the customer returned to Best Travel Store and purchased the ticket in question from BTS and NOT from the competition, a tribute to the BTS customer service.
The customer purchased a fare that did not price correctly online and was notified of this fact when we tried to issue his airline tickets. No purchase had occurred at the time of this notification and BTS had not charged any amount to customer's credit card.

I am searching for airfare for 3 from Boston to Paris for May 22-June 2 and best travel store has good fares on BA--beats the best I've found elsewhere (Iceland Air) by $350 total.

They have some good rates but I never heard of anyone using them and wonder if they are good to use? I am traveling from the USA to Manila Philippines.
