On bt-store, I got a fare of $675 incl. taxes, on BA, but with an OVERNIGHT layover, from 7:30 PM until after 6 the next morning. On kayak.com, the cheapest fare was over $800, on Iberia.
Has anyone ever used BT-Store for booking international flights? They have some good rates but I never heard of anyone using them and wonder if they are good to use?
Best Travel Store (BTS) fully met its obligation to the customer, going an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. After the disagreement, the customer returned to Best Travel Store and purchased the ticket in question from BTS and NOT from the competition, a tribute to the BTS customer service.
I was searching for tickets to London and found great price from New York to London at Best Travel Store. In fact, it was at least 10-15 USD cheaper than similar tickets at Orbitz or Expedia. Now, I would like to know more about this company and would be grateful for your comments.

The customer purchased a fare that did not price correctly online and was notified of this fact when we tried to issue his airline tickets. No purchase had occurred at the time of this notification and BTS had not charged any amount to customer's credit card.
Our family of six used Best Travel ( http://www.bt-store.com) and had no problems with our reservations. At the time of our booking, their prices were cheaper than the same itinerary at the airline website (Cathay Pacific) so we booked with BT.
