Charles II of Spain (6 November 1661 – 1 November 1700) was King of Spain from 1665 to 1700. The last monarch from the House of Habsburg which had ruled Spain since 1516, he died without children, leading to a European conflict over his successor.

Born in 1661, King Charles II of Spain was the last Habsburg ruler of the country. Born into a family whose inbreeding was of epic proportions, he suffered severe deformities that led to him being known as El Hechizado, the bewitched.

Charles II showed all of these Hapsburg features like a turned-down nose, a slightly flattened face, and most of all, a prodigious underbite. Based on his deformities, many people assumed that Charles would die.
Charles II had extensive physical and mental disabilities, largely stemming from the overwhelming inbreeding in the Spanish Habsburg line. There's a good depiction of his lineage here.
The last Habsburg king of Spain was Charles II, and he was so severely inbred that his “inbred quotient” was higher than if his parents had been siblings. He had such a severely oversized jawline that he was barely able to eat or speak.
