The information on this page will help guide you as you request a refund for a refundable ticket or an Air Canada service that you paid for but did not receive. If you've already travelled: You can use our convenient Ticket Refund Application Form to request your refund, then return to the tool any time for information on its status.
You can request a refund* for the unused portion of your ticket. * You have the option of a refund if your flight is cancelled, or if you are otherwise delayed by 3 hours or more in relation to your original departure or arrival time, or if we add a connection to your itinerary.
In the case of last-minute cancellations, we'll help you rebook on the next Air Canada flight with available seats, or cancel the ticket and refund you if you prefer. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Carriage for more information.

12 Ιουλ 2021 · Air Canada is now offering a cash refund for all tickets purchased between February 1, 2020, and April 13, 2021. During this time, you could redeem an Air Canada travel voucher or convert to Aeroplan points with a 65% bonus: the travel voucher restricted you to travel on Air Canada.
5 Απρ 2023 · For refundable tickets, you can cancel at any time and receive a full refund of your fare, taxes, and fees. For non-refundable tickets, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a credit for the value of the ticket, minus any applicable fees.
