If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.
28 Ιαν 2020 · Customers can look up balances, if they already have their fund information, by opening up the menu, and selecting “Look Up Travel Funds.” Customers are able to search for any of the three fund types by selecting the appropriate tab and entering the necessary information. Use travel funds while booking.
If you need to look up flight credits that are not associated with a Rapid Rewards account, you can use the Check Travel Funds page. To book a flight with a flight credit: When booking a flight, you’ll see an option to apply a flight credit on the payment screen and can do so by entering the confirmation number associated with the flight credit.
