14 Μαΐ 2024 · The E-Boarding Pass is a paperless boarding pass that you receive upon completing online check-in via AirAsia MOVE app. It enables you to pass through immigration and airport security, and board your flight without a physically printed boarding pass.
Check-in and select your seat before arriving at the airport. You can check-in online 24 hours before your flight and select your preferred seat before arriving at the airport. Save time at the airport and have plenty of time before boarding.

Note: Guests who did not board their flight departing from Manila, Philippines can request for an International Passenger Service Charge refund, within one (1) year from the booking date. Refund fee will be exempted.
27 Σεπ 2023 · Check-in using the AirAsia MOVE app to receive your e-Boarding pass. e-Boarding passes on the AirAsia MOVE app or in the form of PDFs are acceptable for boarding. Guests are not required to present physical boarding passes.
8 Νοε 2023 · You can submit your refund request by clicking on the “ Chat with Bo ” icon or the chat bubble located at the bottom right of the Customer Support page. If you booked a flight with a travel agency, please contact your respective travel agency to facilitate with your refund request.
