5 Φεβ 2021 · Make a reservation by phone. Call the Amtrak customer service center at 1-800-872-7245, and an agent will help you make a reservation. They will ask you about your travel dates and destination, and provide you with some options.
Enter your reservation number and email address or telephone number used when you made your reservation and click 'Find Trip.' Then, click the 'Cancel Trip' button and follow the steps for cancellation.
