I purchased tickets early this year for a visit to Disneyland Paris tomorrow. Obviously we're not going due to Covid -19. I've been trying to phone DLP for two weeks now, and I can't seem to get through.
I've been informed that our tickets expiring this September have been extended to March 2021 but I want a refund. According to an article I read on the Guardian, I am entitled to one but I don't know how to proceed in requesting it as there's no email address for any general enquiries.

Request your Priority Card directly at the Disneyland Pass Office (Walt Disney Studios Park) so that it will be valid for the same validity period as your Pass.
