SETTING UP YOUR VOICEMAIL. The first time you access your mailbox, the system will walk you through setting up your password, name recordings, and greetings.
Setting up your voicemail for the first time. Dial your 5555 from your Grandstream phone or press the designated mail key. When prompted for your passcode Enter 9548 as your temporary passcode followed by # key. Follow the voice prompts to record your greeting, your name, and to change password.
Users can enable Voicemail for an extension under Extensions Settings → Basic Settings for it to be able to receive voicemails when busy or unavailable. Figure 2 : Enable Voicemail
There are two methods to access the voicemail box: (1)Press the voicemail button on the GXV3140. (2) Dial ”*26” using the IPVideotalk account, When you access the voicemail box, the system will prompt you for the authentication password.
