Now, flyers needing assistance must either use a 24-hour live chat available on the airline's website, reach out on social media channels, send an email or file a written complaint, per the airline.

I needed to have talked to a customer service rep instead of trying my luck with the chat bot that I was referred to when I called the customer service line. The airline sold me something they couldn't deliver; THEY should have contacted me to work out a solution.
Online you can only connect with a useless bot, and if you are able to find their phone number, your only 2 options are to accept a link to chat with the bot or to be disconnected. Frontier is unscrupulous, tricking people into buying tickets that don't reflect what they'll actually have to pay.

I had booked on Frontier a few days ago and had not received a confirmation email and was dreading having to contact them to sort it out. However, I used the chat bot and i kept repeating my query till it passed me onto a resolution agent, who was able to send me my confirmation email!
