I have spent over 7 hours on hold on the phone this week. I have also tried to send a Facebook message and use their live chat several times. I haven’t gotten any response.
Our customer service team offers the general and technical support you need. Call, chat or use our self-help tools. Multilingual support is also available.
They are the travel agent so they need to do it I believe. To contact Frontier, you need to use their chat. Make sure you have your FRONTIER confirmation number because they won’t know what the 3rd party confirmation number is.
