3 Φεβ 2022 · my pc has decided that my computer is in a different city from where I am. How do I get it to recognize my location. I have already gone into settings and the default location is set correctly. However, when I go to other sites, it thinks I'm somewhere else.

6 Μαρ 2021 · I have correctly set "default location" in Win 10 settings. It is not being used and is most probably overriden by "exact location" algorithm. Public geoIP locators on the web give better position than Win 10. Google Chrome provides correct location (see below).
If you want the cd command to always be in set mode and never be in query mode you need to add the /D option to it. This forces the command to always be in set mode, and also extends it so that it changes the current drive as well as changing a drive's current directory.
