Most flights can be easily canceled on our website or in our app without needing to call. Look for the Manage Reservations option on our website or app and then tap or click the Cancel option.
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.

For Wanna Get Away and Wanna Get Away Plus fares — the two least expensive fare types — you'll receive a credit for the amount paid.
