15 Αυγ 2023 · So I've been trying to play the Microsoft version of Roblox on my Windows 10 ThinkPad because it wont run the browser version anymore but it only has the mobile controls on it. how can I make it so its keyboard and mouse controls instead of the mobile controls?

For some reason, everytime I try to use the windows appstore version of ROBLOX, it forces me into mobile controls (which makes me not able to do anything). I have no idea why it's doing it as it's a desktop PC with no tablet functionality (touchscreen etc).
14 Μαΐ 2020 · The problem is occurring on BOTH versions of Roblox (Microsoft Store & regular desktop version). I tested with a player and changed the game to allow Tablet users. He was able to join afterwards, but… we’d really prefer to keep the game to Computer only.
Go to Settings. Under the GRAPHICS section, you can check the graphics level of Roblox. To lower the level, first toggle the Graphics Quality - Auto to disable it. Then make any necessary adjustments to lower your level.
