A negative pre-departure COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 is no longer required when arriving in the United States, as of 12.01 ET, June 12, 2022.
Travelers may elect to take a pre-travel COVID-19 NAAT from a state of Hawaiʻi Trusted Testing and Travel Partner within 72 hours of departing on the last leg of their trip to Hawaiʻi. To avoid the state’s mandatory five-day self-quarantine, the negative test result must be uploaded prior to departure of the last leg.
We’ve partnered with Worksite Labs to bring you convenient, drive-through COVID-19 testing located near select airports. These lab sites meet the State of Hawaii’s pre-travel testing program requirements, including the 72-hour testing timeframe.
1 Οκτ 2020 · Beginning Oct. 15, travelers with a negative COVID-19 test taken at a state-approved testing facility within 72 hours of the final leg of departure will be exempt from Hawai‘i’s 14-day quarantine upon arrival.
25 Σεπ 2020 · Hawaiian’s partnership with Worksite Labs will give guests exclusive access to drive-through PCR testing ($90 for results within 36 hours, or $150 for day-of-travel express service) from dedicated, conveniently located labs.
