19 Οκτ 2020 · To improve your on-device search suggestions, your can let Windows Search (Win+S) store your search history locally on your Windows 10 device. Microsoft is rolling out a change to display some of your recent searches when you open Windows Search Box, to make them easy to get back to.
Windows 10 can use your location by using your IP address and Wi-Fi positioning. You can enable or disable Location or choose what apps are allowed to use your location. To verify your location is accurate, open Maps by clicking on Start > Maps.
Here's how. Click Start > Settings > Privacy (or Privacy & security) > Location. Scroll down on the right and click Clear under Location History. While you're here, make sure you check out all the other options. Location options include: Allow access to location on this device. Allow apps to access your location. Set your default location.
