22 Αυγ 2017 · I cannot download the latest version of McAfee Total Protection. McAfee support told me it was because I was running Windows 10 Home in Test Mode. I tried updating Windows 10, but from all indications, what I am running is the most current version.

You see errors when you open the My Account homepage or the Protection Center. You're sent to a non-McAfee website, or you see a blank page.
2 Αυγ 2017 · If you are using 1607 or an earlier version of Windows 10 (which cannot perform a Refresh) then you are on your own. Start the Settings UWP application; Click on Update & Security; Click Recovery; Under More Recovery options there will be a link that launches the Windows Defender Security Center UWP application.
Sign in to My Account at myaccount.mcafee.com, where you can view and manage your McAfee account details, subscriptions, product downloads, and more. You'll need a McAfee account to access My Account. If you don't have one, you'll be prompted to create one when you try to sign in.
