13 Ιουν 2024 · You'll just need a working phone number and email address to verify your account for voice chat. This method will only work if you have a 13+ account. If your account is under 13+, you won't be able to manually change your age until your 13th birthday on file.

Users not in these countries should use ID verification to enable chat with voice. All 13+ users, who are phone number verified, can opt-in to use this feature by visiting their Settings page. They will then be able to use chat with voice in any Roblox experience that supports it.
If you're still not receiving the 2-Step code after following those steps, please contact Customer Support. My email 2-step verification code does not work. Email 2-Step Verification codes expire after 15 minutes and will no longer work if the code was already entered incorrectly for that account.
