Passenger Locator Forms (PLFs) are used by public health authorities to facilitate contact tracing in case travellers are exposed to an infectious disease during their travel by airplane or aircraft, ship (cruise/ferry), rail, bus or automobile.
Starting from 24 May 2021, all passengers wishing to enter Italy will be required to complete the European digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) before entering national territory, following the instructions below:
18 Μαΐ 2021 · From May 24, all travellers entering Italy must complete before their departure the Passenger Location Form via EUdPLF App. The digital Passenger Location Form is compulsory for all travellers above the age of 18. Click here for specific instructions on how to apply for the EUdPLF.
