Just as incoming airline passengers have been dispensed with providing negative tests for SARS-CoV-2 when they enter Portugal – as long as they can present a valid Covid Digital Certificate – the requirement for the presentation of passenger locator forms has been reinforced.
From now on, all passengers on flights to or from mainland Portugal (including those of the Autonomous Regions) are required to complete the “Passenger Location Form” (ou PLF – ‘Passenger Locator Form’), applying the same obligation to cruise ship passengers that dock at terminals located in mainland Portugal.
