21 Ιαν 2019 · I believe we can enable Black&White printing from the print dialogue window. Here is how to do it: 1.) Open the document or photo you want to print, click File, click Print, and then click Show Details, if necessary. 2.) Select Black & White on the main dialog. 3.) Click Print.
14 Νοε 2018 · If one or more color ink cartridges are low but not empty and you want to minimize the use of color ink, change the settings in the HP software to print with black ink only (grayscale). If you print with black ink only, the other ink cartridges must have ink for the printer to print.
Use the HP print driver to select the black and white (monochrome) or grayscale setting for your print job. Open the document or photo you want to print, and then click File > Print or the Print icon .
If you are using the black cartridge, prints are in black and white (grayscale). If using the color cartridge, colors print normally but black prints lighter than usual. You can continue to print until print quality becomes unacceptable.
