If you booked a hotel other than an Express Deals®, you may be able to change or cancel the reservation depending on the hotel’s cancellation policy. You’ll see your hotel’s cancellation policy prior to booking. You can also find your hotel’s cancellation policy within your itinerary.
Priceline travel insurance covers you before and during your Priceline-booked trip. In general, travel insurance can include protection for things such as trip cancellation or interruption, travel delay, lost or delayed baggage, medical coverage, and emergency transportation, depending on the type of plan the consumer chooses.

Cancellation and Refund: Any Collision Damage Protection cancellation must be initiated prior to the pick-up time to receive a refund. If you did not pick up the rental car and want to cancel the unused Collision Damage Protection policy, cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours after the original pick-up time.
A refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. You will receive an email with the details of your refund amount. Non-refundable charges and cancellation fees will be subtracted from your refund amount. Priceline may take up to 24 hours to submit your refund.
